Aeration Technician - Fresno

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn aerations to existing customers
• Train and become familiar with lawn care services such as applying fertilization and weed control
• Provide professional, courteous customer service
• Measure lawns and provide accurate quotes to prospects
• Complete lawn analysis and provide service recommendations
• Generate field sales- additional commission rewarded!
• Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills and proven time management
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
• Willing to become certified to apply pesticides
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
