Lawn Care Technician - Fresno, CA

No experience is required - Training will be provided. Guaranteed hourly wage of $17.5/h + productivity bonus + commission (average earning of $20-25/h based on what our technicians are making now).

Weed Man is currently hiring full time General Labour - Entry Level Lawn Care Technicians and NO EXPERIENCE is necessary. We will provide you with an extensive and ongoing training program. Amazing opportunity to work Outdoors. Touchless interactions with our customers.

Responsibilities:

From January to December: from Monday to Friday (and some Saturday when required to), from 6:30am to around 4:30pm.

• Applications of products such as fertilizer and weed control that are safe for use and government approved.
• Generate some “truck leads” by knocking on the customers’ next-door neighbors after finishing each application and introducing our services - easy leads since we just take care of their neighbors’ lawns!
• Analyze and provide recommendations to improve the quality of a customer’s lawn.
• Maintain expected production schedules.
• Completion of paperwork with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to lift around 40-50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Must have a Class C License in good standing.
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must be available to work on Saturday when asked to, to make up for a lost day due to the weather condition.
